Quoting for contract cleaning for Apartment Complexes

Hey, I do a ton of apartment turnovers. I price per unit, not hourly. Standard one-bedroom is $135, two-bedroom $165. Anything nasty with heavy pet hair or cigarette smoke jumps to $195–$225. I always do a quick walkthrough first — saves me from getting burned. Common areas I charge by the square foot, like $0.18–$0.22 per sq ft for hallways and lobbies. Never bid a whole contract without walking every type of unit they have. That’s how you avoid putting yourself in a profit and time loss situation.
