We’re building ours out now, but the direction we’re taking is one core template for our standard operational support services, with specialized versions for different service types and contract requirements.
The goal is to keep the base template consistent while allowing for service-specific scope, compliance requirements, and optional add-ons. For line items, I want enough detail for clients to clearly understand the deliverables without overloading them with unnecessary detail. Optional add-ons also seem like a good way to present extra support services without cluttering the main proposal.
