It definitely frees up a ton of time! I primarily use it as a silent "office assistant" behind the scenes.
My biggest use cases are:
- Cleaning up customer comms: Taking rough notes after a long day in the field and turning them into polished, professional emails or estimate descriptions.
- Drafting SOPs: Getting processes out of my head and onto paper for safety protocols, equipment setup, and general workflow.
- Troubleshooting on the fly: Summarizing technical manuals or specs quickly when I’m out on a job site.
It's amazing for taking care of the tedious admin work so I can spend less time behind a screen and more time focused on the actual work.
