Honestly, I was fully expecting an actual proper way to manage maintenance contracts. I still can't believe it hasn't been implemented yet. It's the most frustrating part of jobber. Yes, the new features are pretty neat and will appease some folks. But please for the love of God, get maintenance contracts sorted out!

Hi! Curious to know what you're needing for maintenance contracts? I know I'd love to have a reminder sent to me or even an automated message to the client to let them know that their contract is expiring soon.

Literally everything. People have resorted to using tags for clients which is abysmal to say the least. I want to have the option to fully control every maintenance contract we have and send out reminders etc within that feature for each client. Almost every CRM software has this feature. It's unacceptable the way it is right now.

100% agree. This was the only feature I was hoping they would have came out with. It is incredibly frustrating and unorganized the way it is set up. Major disappointment this was not one of the features coming. I have emailed several times about this.

Does Jobber ever plan on Providing a Feature to allow us to tack on and charge the client the credit card fee? as appose to us being charged? I know that's a feature we have been desperately wanting with the amount of clientele that prefer to pay with card. I Know many other CRM's Provide that ability and I'm just wondering when that will come to jobber?

We have that added into the cost of the job. If they pay cash they get 3% (or what ever it is) as a discount

When are we getting the ability to send pics in text?? It’s a huge time waster not to mention super inconvenient to have to switch to a personal phone to send photos via text….. I mean, it’s 2025 come onUsing Jobber MAKE THIS HAPPEN

I am excited about multiple features including the AI and the new scheduling feature. We require prepaid invoices for most of our services and most of our jobs are anytime jobs. Can these features be set up for prepayment so we don't have to get a request, send a quote with 100% deposit, etc? We also can't use the reviews/referrals b/c our clients are currently getting review requests when they pay instead of when the job is closed. THanks

Hey Natures! Thanks for the question.
For Reviews, you'll be able to trigger the review request after a job is completed very soon! More details on that here.For Referrals, there is no automated referral request at the moment so this shouldn't get in the way of you using Referrals! Though just to note, referral incentives are awarded to your existing customer when their referral pays their first invoice. Would you want more flexibility on when the incentive is awarded, as well?

When can we expect a sub-contractor management feature to be available? I know this was in jobber labs awhile back. Any update on this? Thanks!Also, the insights dashboard looks great.
