Hey there! Thanks for the question. It sounds like you did this step already, but the first step is to make sure all your employees have their location settings on for the Jobber app. This will look different on an iPhone compared to Android. The instructions for both are included here.
Next step would be to ensure everyone's app is up to date! They can check their app version by going to More> About in the app. They can also check the app store for updates!
