REACTIVATE USER

How could I reactivate one disactivated user?

  • Hi OswaldoEPSI​ Thanks for the question! 

    Deactivated users will still show on the Manage Team page, but at the end of your list of team members. To Delete or Reactivate each user, click the More Options Icon (three dots).

    Note: Reactivating a user will not re-assign the work that was unassigned by deactivating them, they will need to be scheduled once more.

        Hey Oswaldo, we can absolutely help with this. It looks like Bobby may have accidentally created a trial account, no worries. I just sent over a deactivation link, once Bobby clicks on the link in their email to deactivate, you can resend the invitation for them to join your company. Please keep in mind these links expire in a few hours, so if a new one is needed, please reach out to our Support Team by phone 888-721-1115 ext 1, email mailto:support@getjobber.com or send us a chat!
