Hi there, thanks for the question! It's a great idea to sync the calendars for individual team members. For them to have the calendar sync tailored to their own calendar you can Filter by those individuals > grab that specific URL in the calendar sync setup!

Thank you for coming back to me. I have tried that but when I subscribe to the calendar by copying that tailored filter / link it still shows all the jobs for everyone.
