Hi! Basically under "manage team" you would create each user in your organization and set their permissions. If their permissions are set so that they can only manage and complete "their own calendar", this would limit the calendar to show only whatever tasks or jobs they are assigned to. I hope this helps!
PS - my company has 28 employees so this has been the best practice for us so that they have limited viewing of the calendar.

Thank you for your message, I have tried this on a test account and its still showing all the tasks, not just for that one person. I done the setup as manage their own as well as well, I then copy the link for syncing calendars and everything is listed.
