Team Tasks
Does anyone have any good tips for assigning Team compliance tasks like having to carry out equipment checks or risk assessments when on site. I've built the checklists etc in Job Forms but struggli...
I recently created a Google form that has all of the checklist items that i need completed at the end of each day. I then created a task in jobber for each of our team leads for 5pm daily with the hyperlink to my google form. Basically at the end of their shift, they are required to click that link and fill out the form. The responses go directly to our field ops manager. And then the team lead marks the jobber task complete after they've done it. It has been a great workaround for us. I hope this helps!
