You have the ability to provide Receptionist with more knowledge about your business so it can answer questions in-depth. This is done in your business profile in Jobber, under "essential information". With the new request form updates, you can also now create a request form just for Receptionist to use, to customize the questions it asks for client intake. And with call escalation in your Receptionist settings, you can have Receptionist transfer calls to a team member based on key words and phrases.
