Finding out when a client profile was created?
So I took a call from a customer on a Friday afternoon after a busy day, he wanted service for the next week so I put in his name and address in a job booking, but forgot to take down his number! It is in my call log on my phone, but I had so many calls that day and I don't remember which number was his. I was wondering if there was a way to see what day/time a client/job was entered in Jobber so I can cross reference my call log?11Views0likes2CommentsJob Templates for repeat work
There should be an ability to create job templates for repeat types of work. Many business have some core services they offer and having to type out the titles every time and set the number of hours every time and then having to add the line items each time is a real hassle. There should be an ability to create a template where the title can be autogenerated by certain fields or criteria and times for those jobs can be preset with the default line items loaded. Then you would only need to select a client and property. Optional/Recommended line items provides to ability to upsell optional add-ons, where a client is not required to make a choice. With Quote Option Sets, the client must choose one of the options within the option set. You can add up to three option sets to a single quote, and the client makes one clear choice per set. This keeps decisions simple and structured while still giving clients flexibility. ⚠️ While you can use Optional/Recommended line items as a workaround, this can create confusion since clients aren’t required to pick one. That means you could miss out on getting a clear decision, or worse, risk miscommunication about what’s actually included.Customer Q: Is Jobber Voice AI access permission based?
That is correct! Voice respects the user permissions already set in your account. Users will not be able to do anything through Voice that they do not have permission to access. On top of that, Voice is only available to admins and owners of the account at this time. Access for non-admin users will be coming soon.
