Today button
Good Morning everyone Are any of you annoyed that when you hit the Today button on month view - it goes to the beginning of the month not todays date. I regularly have to put information into later parts of the year, when complete I hit Today to return to todays date, unfortunately because I work in month view, it jumps to the beginning of the month. Frustrating because if todays date is 25th of the month I then have to scroll to find it. Therefore it is not today! Apparently if you work in week view, it returns to beginning of week, again this is not Today. Its only in Day view that it will actually take you to today. All I would like is when I click Today, it actually takes you to TODAY!!Finding out when a client profile was created?
So I took a call from a customer on a Friday afternoon after a busy day, he wanted service for the next week so I put in his name and address in a job booking, but forgot to take down his number! It is in my call log on my phone, but I had so many calls that day and I don't remember which number was his. I was wondering if there was a way to see what day/time a client/job was entered in Jobber so I can cross reference my call log?
Job Templates for repeat work
There should be an ability to create job templates for repeat types of work. Many business have some core services they offer and having to type out the titles every time and set the number of hours every time and then having to add the line items each time is a real hassle. There should be an ability to create a template where the title can be autogenerated by certain fields or criteria and times for those jobs can be preset with the default line items loaded. Then you would only need to select a client and property. Having templates like this would take a lot of the time consuming administrative burden off.
Jobber needs an Audit Trail feature
Is there anything in the works for an audit trail to be released in Jobber? It would be extremely helpful to me to be able to see WHO created a job or invoice or who took payment, etc. It may seem trivial to many, but I spend too much time tracking down who created a job, etc. Many times the job/invoice, etc are duplicates or created incorrectly. I don't know who I need to educate on that if I don't know who created it. The current activity feed does not go back far enough. It seems that since Jobber knows who is signed in, it would be fairly easy to create a function that simply says 'this job was closed by **bleep**' or at the bottom of the invoice (like where the internal notes are) have listed whose account created it. Jobber also needs a Quote Decline option. This probably isn't the correct place to add these requests, but I have been requesting them through the chat for the last 2 years. I just thought I would add it here as well. Am I the only person that thinks this would be beneficial?
Can I bypass "Job, converting etc"?
I am very unique. I am a travelling Instructor. I require payment beforehand. The real "Job" occurs when we all meet in the classroom and it ends after the last day, but I have to run thru the whole Job sequential order and it really messes things up, like reminders when not needed and such.
Airbnb Cleaning Automated Scheduling
Hi Everyone, We own a cleaning business in Australia and use Jobber as our software. We have a lot of clients that have Airbnb properties that we clean for them. We have been researching and trying to come up with the best solution to automate the booking process, as you can imagine cleaning 100 Airbnb properties with multi bookings per week can become a admin logistical nightmare. Does anyone have any experience in this area. How have you automated the process, can you connect Airbnb with Jobber, what is the best practice of booking and scheduling these appointments?
