I’d hand off customer scheduling, dispatching and follow-ups. I spend a lot of time confirming appointments, answering messages, coordinating arrival times and chasing approvals. Having someone handle that would free me up to focus on service calls, quoting bigger jobs and growing the business.

100% would be auto scheduling from other platforms and sending the new jobs out to employees/contractors with time frames for them to accept so it goes on my jobber schedule, this way i can just review everything.

If I can have someone look for more companies like  jobber , that offer mire grants to  a small cleaning company like mine, that would be awesome. To find more jobber.com companies that offer monetary support to my small businesses would be great.

Being able to hire quality employees and keeping them.

Licensing, insurance, any of the office related items. Put me in a house to renovate, and I'm there and ready to go. But the paperwork and office items are daunting every time I have to do them. I can, but I'd prefer to hand that off to someone else, hoping to scale enough to be able to hire someone, even if it's part time just to do that work for me. 

The task that I would had off is managing digital marketing. 

If you could hand off one task in your business today, what would it be? Sorting the unscheduled jobs into buildings so we can see which repairs need to be done based on address instead of the random order.

If we could send itemized receipts to our clients automatically instead of having our techs go into the job, then invoice, then have to resend once payment is collected. Even just a button that says "send paid invoice" that pops up after payment is collected on the app.

If we could also have the app stop glitching during the times when techs are trying to put in notes that would be great (We have great reception and the techs have deleted and redownloaded the app and it still happens)

If there was a way to have one client with multiple buildings and then multiple properties within that building it would make invoicing way easier instead of us creating separate clients for each building inside the same strata/property manager (this leaves us with multiple clients with same name only different building addresses) WE have stratas with 5 buildings and 100+ units in each so billing per building is hard and searching for units in each building can be tricky. 

Having building or main client contacts easy to call from the app so when techs need access to a building they can call the client contact and then keep the property contact as the unit owner. 

Being able to invoice and collect payment for jobs on the app when they are closed. Specifically without having calendar reminders also come with them that make our calendar busy (we sort via filters rn but its still extra steps)

If there was a way to route map around traffic conditions (we have busy traffic in our city) 

If job notes carried over to client notes easily.... Or if there was a sub section in the client list for tech notes

If we could sort by part type for past jobs so we can find how many "high limit switch" installs we did last year for example

If we could run reports on the contents of jobs, invoices and notes that would be epic too

Ultimately its not for us about delegating parts of our company and its infact having tech that allows us to service stratas, navigate traffic, ensure techs can use the software easily and reliably, and our invoicing team can easily pull repair notes and info for reports and invoices... wed also love to get reports on past work easily by week and month so we could plan inventory.... OH And the receipt has everything our clients need to apply for rebates - this would be huge! The tech working how we need it to is the bigges tbottle neck in our company right now... besides back orders from suppliers but you guys cant help with that

If I could hand off something, I think it would have to be generating leads and business promotions.

I'd hand off operations fully to focus on Systemizing/Structuring the business to prepare for Expansion, Launching new Cities and/or Franchising.
