    Hazardous gas calibration company - 2025 was a big year for us as we transferred our system from manual record keeping to jobber and are now running more efficient than ever (in business since 2013). We are scaling faster than we imagined and have taken on yet another employee. The goal for 2026 is to tap into marketing and expand our outreach.

    FrogPad Fixers is a Veteran Owned and Operated General Contracting/Handyman business started in 2025. As of now a small team of two, but looking to bring more business, get jobs worth, and to be operating as a well oiled machine. We focus on bathroom and kitchen remodeling and repairs, but also take on small handyman projects. We are establishing processes and want to be organized creating fast, efficient and affordable service.

      Good luck and I'm excited to learn about how marketing and lead generating can be done in Jobber. We've just finished transition or workflow and now looking at lead/marketing strategies that easily integrate with Jobber.

    2025 was a pivotal year for us — the first where I was able to spend meaningful time out of the trucks. That shift gave me the space to finally tackle work that had long been on the back burner. I’m excited to build on that momentum by further systemizing our operations, strengthening the team, and creating the conditions for sustainable growth.  I intend to break into our first million in 2026.

    Our 2026 goal is to scale our electrical business by fully leveraging Jobber to run a faster, more efficient, and highly customer-focused operation—streamlining scheduling, accelerating invoicing, improving inventory control, and turning great service into more reviews, referrals, and repeat customers.

    We are a Holiday Lighting company and we are looking forward to reviewing how 2025 Installs and Takedowns went to improve on our systems and communications for 2026 Season. We also install permanent Holiday lights throughout the year and we are looking to improve on campaigns to promote Permanent Light installs before the Holiday Season. We were $33,000 away from $2M this year so we have a huge goal to go over $2M thi
