Customer Q: Do we need to activate Jobber AI or is it automatically updated to our Jobber account?

No setup required—Jobber AI is already in your account. Just tap the ✨ icon in the app or on Jobber.com to start a chat by typing or use Voice. 

Voice is available on the mobile app only. Tip: If you don’t see it, update your mobile app to the latest version.

    On the app I'm running version v6.48.0, and it doesn't seem like I have voice capability. Just curious if it's an compatibility issue with my device, or I need an update to the app itself.

      Hello! If you are on an Android device, we are still in the process of rolling out Voice functionality. You should get access by Monday at the latest!

      If you are on an iOS device, you should have access. Try updating your app or reinstalling it to troubleshoot. Let me know!
