Thanks for the ping FredHodgeJr!
Hey Zane, I'm Oscar from Detail Groove. I've been using Jobber for about 6 years now.
I used it as a mobile detailer, when we were both mobile detailing and shop-based, and now use it at our shop (we got rid of mobile detailing). We offer all detailing services, window tint, PPF, vinyl wrap, and have done some architectural and residential tint as well.
Do you have any specific questions about Jobber and how you can use it in your business?
Hey Oscar, thank you for replying to me but regarding specific questions I would say the only one I have is just what is the best and most optimal way to use jobber in car detailing and will non tech savvy customers be able to navigate the system?

There's a ton that we do with Jobber but here's a few that come to mind:
1) Send quotes via text to most of your leads
2) Follow up on the quotes sent out manually
3) Set a deposit for them to pay (and then convert that quote into a job)
4) Send appointment confirmations via text
5) Create your services, descriptions, and baseline pricing inside of the Services and Products
6) Create templates inside the quotes so you can quickly create a quote. We have about 8 of them just baed on popular services, film, single services, etc.. - RichardM2 months agoContributor 4

If your customers can figure out how to engage Launch Control on a Benz (wink wink), then they can figure out the customer side of Jobber.
Jobber has created an intuitive experience for our customers. A couple of clicks to view and approve quotes, simple forms for payments (if you use Jobber payments), and straightforward request forms for websites. It's all very easy...on their end of things.
