Been there. Running ads every day is good, but if you’re struggling to hit 10k a month the problem usually isn’t the marketing — it’s the fulfillment. Good help is tough, so I stopped trying to scale fast. I keep my crew small and only take on what we can actually handle well. I’d rather turn down work than do a bad job and get bad reviews. For contracts, stop chasing the cheap ones. Bid higher on fewer properties. The ones that pay properly don’t nickel and dime you on every little thing. What kind of ads are you running right now?
