How to reach $10K a month with residential and commercial cleanings?
We can’t get out business to 10k or better a month. We run ads and promotions everyday but it’s hard to find good help and contracts. Any advice?

I have no advertisements at all. Im a new business. Only 3 months so far. But ive generated over 200k in sales thus far. Ive built it apon my working career of hard work and dedication with a little good luck. And a lot of help from my ins agents word of mouth. They deal with different businesses everyday. And when I search for new business I find business gets business. If I spend money at your business they are more inclined to spend money with your business. At least that works with my cleaning company word of mouth has been a great tool.
