Been there, man. Starting out at a super low rate is tempting, but it’s hard to raise prices later without losing customers. I’d pick one main service to lead with — like power washing or lawn care — and get really good at it first. Then add the other stuff. Monthly maintenance packages sound good on paper, but most homeowners flake after a couple months. I do better just charging per visit. Way less headache.
