Client hub options

Is there a way to for my customers to pull up job forums that have been completed in client hub ? I’m a  weekly pool service contractor. We send out pictures and complete job forms to our customers each visit. I know they have the emails, but is there a way to file these so they could see these on client hub ? Right now I’m messing around with saving the job forms email it sends to the customer and filing it away in a google document that’s shareable . Then I’m creating a specific QR code for that file labeled for the particular customer. I can then send that as an attachment on the monthly invoice, but I doubt they will open it.
