Duplicates merge
Hi guys. Its been a while we been asking for a possibility to merge contacts.
Simple as any other crm has.
Hope to get more likes on this post and it will be implemented soon.

Client merge is not currently a feature in Jobber, but I’m happy to share your feedback with our Product Team as I understand how this would be valuable. New features are based on trends of requests, so if you’ve shared this feedback before this extra flag will be helpful.

Can you remind them to take a look at the issues that the customers using their software need, and not just the latest trend? Customer retention is at stake!
Definitely a need here. We use Jobber Requests, and I get existing clients who use the "Request Service" button on my website, creating a whole new client record. Happens a couple times a month.
How has this not made its way to the developers task board yet?
Agreed! This would be a big help. We have customers create multiple accounts when they submit requests either from the jobber portal or from the form we have on our website. If there was a way to check the email address and merge the info it would be extremely helpful.
I hope Jobber will listen to this and make it happen.
We've been asking Jobber for this for years now! So frustrating they don't have it like others do.
Same thing here, been asking for years.
I too would like a merge feature. We deal with property managers of large companies and we get asked about a site from one, they leave and someone else asks about same site - a new client is added for new PM. Then we realise we have already done work at this site under a different PM. So to be able to merge the acounts into one so that we can keep a tag on the address and all the works done there would be a very beneficial thing to be able to do.
Please bring this in asap
