Automation of late fee's. If after the third attempt of reminding a client to pay their bill an automated message is sent to notify them they now have a 10% penalty for not paying on time.

More follow up options for sure! Quantity and more flexibility in the conditions.
Pick monthly and weekly reports to be emailed to us with specific conditions like: Total invoiced, Total received, etc.
Daily total amounts to be displayed in the schedule at the top of each day based on the users we have selected to be visible. That's how we like to schedule our work loads for the majority of the crew, so when we don't have our route guys displayed on our schedule view, we can show how much the rest of the company is planning to invoice for the day.
Within the variables across the whole Jobber platform, it would be nice to have the "Custom Referral Code" as a variable to insert into any text or email.
Speaking of referrals, it would be nice to set a threshold for the amount of discount like 10% off up to $50

If I could automate one thing in jobber it would be, the thumbtack leads that I get as requests, I wish I could get jobber to automatically send a text to the lead when the lead comes in so that I can be first to make contact with that potential customer.

Would like the ability to atomomate my phone calls to suppliers. Also would be nice to have some tomatoes messages to choose from for turning customers away and stuff when I don't want to work with them

If I were to automate one thing in my business, it would definitely be client follow-ups and scheduling
- inGENious_PowerContributor 2
I believe you can already basically do that. You can create your own follow ups.
- CalebRContributor 3
True, but there are only so many follow ups that can be set. It would be nice to create more and have more flexibility within those follow ups, like more conditions.

Late fees and cancellation fees! Wish there was a feature that allows automation of discounts/penalties for early or late payment of invoices.
Text blasts! Simple add to the marketing tab would allow for higher conversion rate marketing.
Automatic contract renewal for recurring jobs.
Crew subsets- have the ability to assign team members to crews for when there are multiple team members to a truck.
More customizability for online booking. As is minimum service interval is 15 minutes which doesn’t work for quantity based window cleaners, or people quoting by square footage for services like house washing

Cancellations just by simply clicking a button online and reminders.

I would like to automate everything. Except for getting to know the customers and be able to spend more time listening to them and finding out what they are really looking for in order for me to help them do the things the cannot do and empowering them todo the things they can. To give them the satisfaction and experience of being able to say “ TJ handymax showed me I could and I did it!!!” If you could automate getting rid of unscrupulous contractors and discern between a helpful hand or a waste of resources ? Now that’d be a miracle !!!
