Automations:
Can automatically tell me (or client) when the next available booking is in their area, for the service requested, length of time, etc.
Not sure if this is considered an automation but - it's fantastic that we can email clients via jobber however it's annoying that there's not a two-way email system (like the two-way text system) in Jobber. I have to go to an exterior email address, and either respond in there or copy from email and paste the conversation in Jobber's email to respond etc.
Inventory - tracking & reordering
Cancellations - if a client needs to cancel, being able to cancel themselves. If my business has cancellation policies, those policies would also be automatically implemented such as cancellation fees. Would be nice too if they need to reschedule, the system could reschedule the clients.
Client portal - It would be convenient to have everything in one place. The contracts they signed, upcoming and past appointments, photos my employees uploaded to their profile, all invoices, etc.
Recurring jobs ending soon - A notification of some sort to the client asking if they want to renew/talk about renewing, and a notification on my end so that I know their contract is expiring, without having to remember to search for it or create tasks on the calendar etc.
Replacing responsibid as Mckunz suggested below.
I can't recall the name gps tracking program that you mentioned would be a new feature this spring. I was super excited when I was watching the announcement feed as it had features I needed, but disappointed to find out that it's not offered in Canada.
I'd love to have a way to include employee availability and time off requests etc.

Quoting! I would love to be able to set my prices and just type the address and it quotes it for me!

Late fees and cancellation fees! Wish there was a feature that allows automation of discounts/penalties for early or late payment of invoices.
Text blasts! Simple add to the marketing tab would allow for higher conversion rate marketing.
Automatic contract renewal for recurring jobs.
Crew subsets- have the ability to assign team members to crews for when there are multiple team members to a truck.
More customizability for online booking. As is minimum service interval is 15 minutes which doesn’t work for quantity based window cleaners, or people quoting by square footage for services like house washing

Quoting! We are window cleaners and we quote each home based on square footage which prevents us from being able to use the booking feature the way it’s currently built. I would love for jobber to be a replacement for responsibid and allow am customers to get an instant quote on our site!

Supply purchasing. I want the crew to be able to look at the shelf and see we are low on gloves or DEF or bolts or whatever and then they just scan a QR code, a box pops up and asks how many are left and then the item just goes into our Amazon cart…or at least it sends an email or text to my office telling them to make the purchase.
I feel like this already has to be a thing, but I can’t find it.- CalebRContributor 3
I have your solution! I created a google form for each inventory item we have and linked each one to a NFC tag and the same google sheet. So now I have a master inventory list that stays up to date as long as the guys tap their phones to the tags every time they take something. Then recently I found a way to get chat gpt to script a code in google sheets so that it sends me an email when specific items get low. That's when I know it's time to start an order. Not sure about automating emails to trigger amazon orders yet, but I'm sure that is out there too.
