This is some solid information gentleman, I'm still at the point where I don't think I'm ready to hire someone esp keeping him busy. Its gonna be 3 years in August that I've been on my own now cliental is starting to build with me staying busy. I just wanna be absolutely consistent with work to where okay yep let's bring on a young lad and train him and bring him up. That's 110% my goal. I don't want a big team I just want at least 2 to 3 guys that I can over see on top of my subs. I keep telling myself, stepping stones
