This is me and my wife's first time starting a business together. For years I have been the sole breadwinner while she has been an excellent stay at home mom. Now we are embarking on a new journey.

I’ve built my businesses around working with people I love and trust, that’s always been important to me. But it only works if there’s structure and a fair, “democratic” approach where everyone has a voice and there’s still accountability. When you have both, it’s a really strong setup.
