Hello Crew, here for some marketing ideas.
Marketing Methods We Use:
SEO: We invest in search engine optimization for long-term organic lead generation.
Content Creation: We hire a videographer to consistently produce high-quality content across all social media platforms.
Google LSA: Google Local Services Ads have been a strong lead source for us.
Industry Associations: We join and stay active in associations aligned with our target commercial clients, such as property and facility managers.
Text, Email & Voicemail Campaigns: We run strategic campaigns and always include a strong follow-up sequence to maximize conversions.
Local Community Engagement: We support local causes strategically and stay active in neighborhood Facebook groups to build trust and visibility.
Yard Signs: Simple, cost-effective, and highly visible, we deploy them consistently on all jobs.
Here are some ideas:
Networking with people that can refer you to their clients! google partnership gets you on the map with google searches. in my opinion the networking is my favorite because it builds a trusted relationship!
Business cards is a huge one also!
Anyone had good luck marketing with Next Door? I have more of a concierge cleaning service in an area with lots of competition (individuals scheduling through social media and companies using illegal labor). I'm committed to ethical and legal business practices / fully licensed, insured, and bonded / have employees that speak English. I'm concerned that marketing on Next Door would be targeted towards individuals that are looking for the best price, rather than the best service with a legit company. I don't want to waste time learning something that won't be beneficial in the long run. Thanks for your feedback!
