New business owner in South Florida – best way to get consistent cleaning clients?

Hello everyone,&nbsp;My name is Robert, and I’m the owner of Island Express Auto &amp; Cargo based in South Florida.&nbsp;I’m currently building out my service-based business, including residential cleaning, cargo/shipping, and notary services. Right now, my main focus is growing my cleaning side and getting consistent clients.&nbsp;I would appreciate any advice from experienced business owners here:&nbsp;What is the best way to get my first 5–10 consistent cleaning clients in South Florida?&nbsp;I’m open to all suggestions — marketing, partnerships, platforms, or strategies that actually work.&nbsp;Thank you in advance, I’m here to learn and grow.

Welcome to the cleaning industry, I’m obsessed!

we do have the luxury of having low start-up costs to begin- we were established in 2016.

Facebook and social media were huge in the beginning- neighborhood groups, resharing business posts to your personal, etc.

as we began to grow, I realized we needed a Google My business profile- we began asking anyone we’ve cleaned for to leave us a review. We simultaneously built out a great website (that’s your online billboard!)

at about 7 years in, we were projecting our first 7-figure year and knew we had to begin spending marketing dollars on Google ads, SEO, etc.

coming up on year 10, we are projected to finish around $1.5-$1.6MM this year. SEO/AEO have helped us continue growing- we recently just began gaining conversions through Chat GPT.
