A couple things:
- Getting involved in my church community. It really helps me get outside my own circumstances and focus on what's really important. Faith, family, and fellowship.
- Making sure I'm going to the gym regardless of how I feel. Even if the work out sucks, at least I did it. I usually get in the groove once I'm there.
- Get a dog. That wagging tale and smiling face always gives me an energy boost. If you're really burnt out you have a buddy to go on a walk with
- Have a hobby that you are actively trying to be better at. Mine is beach volleyball. It helps me try to excell in something besides the business. This helps me be less one dimensional
- Making sure you are eating right and drinking enough water. I love diet coke but I know if I'm feeling tired, it's probably because I'm drinking too much coffee and soda and not hydrating.
