For sure the hardest thing to manage is all the leads - We have leads coming from like 10 different places, and keeping track of where those conversations are in the sales process can be hard then once they are converted, what we can do with them. I'm working on a making a PM software on like airtable or something but we haven't gotten it ironed out yet. Jobber's sales tab is super solid but where the biggest opportunity for them is extending in to project management. Being able to make tasks and assign them would be a total game changer.
When leads are coming in from everywhere, just keeping track of who’s at what stage can feel like a job on its own. Love that you’re building something out to help solve it. Really appreciate your feedback too, I'll make sure it gets passed along. Thanks for sharing! :)
