We really struggled with intake calls and keeping them organized. One person was in charge of answering, and sometimes they couldn't pickup or it was impeding field work. We were losing leads and losing vital information if we did answer. We implemented Quo this year and just from the few calls we've gotten it appears like it's going to be life-changing for our team!
