One thing we use is a Jobber integration called LiveSwitch. It's video with AI built in. I do a virtual walkthrough with the client or an on site walkthrough with the client. That video is shared with the estimator / client / crew so that we are all on the same page. Also from the video the AI which can make you check lists / scope of work straight from the video.
