What Is the Best Advice for Growing a Home Service Business While Working a Full-Time Job?

My name is Robert Ferguson, owner of Island Express Services Group in South Florida.

Our company provides cleaning, notary, courier, concierge, and logistics services. I started this business while working a full-time job and have been building it step by step through hard work, persistence, and excellent customer service.

    I'd focus on one core service first and become known for that. Once clients trust your work, it's much easier to introduce additional services. Just make sure the service you lead with is profitable, easy to sell, and something customers need regularly.
