    The biggest thing I did was go away from hourly to a hybrid model where we charge in half day blocks. I spent so much time thinking - would this take 4 hours or 6 hours etc and it'd make my brain hurt every day. Then for bigger projects we just price it out. You do need to make sure you know what you need to charge hourly to grow as a business. The other thing with charging correctly is you need THICK SKIN. A lot of people are going to say you're too expensive and you need to have a deep understanding of your numbers so you know that that's ok.
