We absolutely love our three VAs! They truly feel like part of our team and bring incredible talent to the table. We found them through NinjaVA.com, which works like a matchmaking service for businesses and virtual assistants.
If you're considering using them, you can apply the discount code HODGE100 for savings. VA rates typically range from $6–$12 per hour, depending on expertise.
The process is simple: you list out tasks and processes, and they not only complete them efficiently but also follow the process consistently, something that, unfortunately, not everyone does well.
VA's offers a wide range of specialized skills tailored to your needs. Plus, they provide time savings, flexibility, and exceptionally fast training, most VAs are up and running in about a week. Highly recommend!

Depends where you hire them from. Hiring overseas can be very cost efficient. The key is training for them. I have hired from the Philippines and I paid 500 CAD per month for full time. The duties were very basic. I have heard $8-10 per hour USD as well.

Hi Judith, how did you find your VAs in the Philippines?

I advertised on Indeed specifically in Manila the capital city. You can change where you would like to advertise your job ad.
