Hi there, we do a Monday morning huddle with the whole team at 7am on zoom Monday morning then one person stays on after that meeting for their GSR. We just rotate the crew through as needed. Ideally monthly, some business coaches will tell you weekly. I think a solid chat once a month is good. I'll attach some screen shots of things we go over in the GSR. Most of this are things I've vibe coded and integrated with Jobber.
