A few friends have recommended it for things like scheduling, data entry, inbox management, and other behind‑the‑scenes work — but I’ve never tried it myself.

I haven't used UPWORK, but I did hire a virtual assistant that helps with admi work and job dispatching. You definitely have to interview and train to find the right fit. My VA has taken about a year of on and off training to learn what I need and how I need it done and to understand the processes efficiently. I can say it has been the best investment I have ever done. Now that he has learned more confidence in the processes and decision making, my VA has taken over 75% of the admin work that I was carrying. Which has allowed me to work on the business by strengthening our processes and systems and going out to get more jobs, etc.&nbsp;
