Onboarding Software for new hires

Question

I am in the process of hiring for my residential cleaning business. Is there any software that is like a database for keeping track of employees? I saw a software by Pipehire.&nbsp; I like the platform, but when I called to inquire I was not happy with how the person answered the phone. Made me question if it was legit or not.&nbsp; I am new at hiring so I just wanted to make sure I doing the process correctly and having a software with checklist to keep track would be helpful.

We used Bamboo HR and loved it but it is way too expensive as you start to grow.&nbsp; We are in Canada so we started using Rise HR - same capabilities but much more cost effective.&nbsp;&nbsp;

We are in the US and love ADP. &nbsp;Been with them for 8 years. They do payroll, HR, assistance w unemployment, onboarding, job postings across multiple sites, benefits etc… Different tiers as you scale. we do the pro package which is a mix of DIY with advance support. They have handbook templates and advisors you can call yo help guide you through it all. Their most advanced service i believe has a more hands on HR person and you can provide benefits through them.

This is a great question!&nbsp;I would suggest using Bamboohr OR making your own tracker leveraging Jobber, Zapier and Airtable if you can't find something that's customized enough or affordable.

I used to have spreadsheets connected with google forms, and zapier, those things break....then i switched to Bamboo HR but too expensive and not industry specific, then to Highlevel, since it's an all in one tool, but then it's too much setup, too complex, then after trial and error another I found Pipehire, which I love and have awesome support. &nbsp;totalkare they're legit, the founder is a respected entrepreneur in the industry....maybe you caught them on transitioning customer support.&nbsp;Anyways those are my 2 cents...
