Because we are built around quality products, we focus on training. Therefore our candidates must have *positive attitude and be teachable. There are so many great qualities that follow a person that has those two characteristics. We then mold them through consistency, feedback, training, and clarity.
I agree with this perspective. A positive attitude and willingness to learn can go a long way. When someone is coachable and open for feedback, it creates opportunities for growth, consistency, and long-term success for both the employee and the company.
