I need to be better about jumping on here... sorry for the delay and thank you Julie for tagging me in this.
The short answer is you have likely already met 5 great new team members in the pat week.
I don't like using job platforms because they are just looking for a job. If you want good employees, they need to fit your company culture. You cant determine that from a CV or resume.
Pay attention to the people you interact with on your route. Who is curious about your work? Who has those soft skills that are so very hard to come by?
Let's be honest, you don't need a masters degree to run a GPC route. We can train the technical, the science, the regulations... whats harder to train is the skills that make good employees. Your next tech, admin, manager, and even VP are in your daily route, social media audience, or even your client list. You just need to look for them and you will find them. I did.
