Indeed has consistently been our strongest source for quality candidates. It can still be hit‑or‑miss because a lot of people will rapid‑apply and never show up, but we’ve been able to filter out most of the noise with two things:
- A well‑written job post that clearly sets expectations and attracts people with real work ethic.
- A “unique word” requirement in the application. Anyone who doesn’t include it gets filtered out immediately, which cuts down on the fluff.
- A competitive hourly wage. When the pay is strong, the quality of applicants goes up noticeably.
Those three things together have given us the best results.
