Where do you find good quality candidates?
I am going to be starting to look to hire someone and I am wondering what platforms other people are using to find good quality candidates?

I can imagine finding and hiring pest control techs being a bit more difficult than, let's say, lawn care or cleaning. 🤔
Other than the usual suggestions like job boards and social media (which are great to start with), I would look into local FB groups, community networking groups (someone's son or daughter might be interested in this career path, you never know!), and technical programs/colleges that offer pesticide certification programs and see if you can partner with them for student referrals.
Going to tag a few pest control members to see if they can chime in with their insights!
