Where do you find good quality candidates?
I am going to be starting to look to hire someone and I am wondering what platforms other people are using to find good quality candidates?

I've had some luck on zip recruiter. You just have to be careful to not leave the job open for too long because they charge you per job posting. Also, in your posting, make sure to ask them to do a lot, not just submit a resume. For us, we ask for 3 pictures of their work and if they don't submit them I don't pass them along. My goal is to make the application process take a little longer so the most interested candidates are the ones i'm spending time on.
