Where do you find good quality candidates?
I am going to be starting to look to hire someone and I am wondering what platforms other people are using to find good quality candidates?

My recommendation:
Start with LinkedIn + selective job boards, then use Upwork as a secondary pool if you need volume or want to trial someone first.
