Is there a way to get a report on # of new leads and % of leads that converted to a request for service?

Crew Insight integration has the sales KPI's you are looking for.
However, "leads" can mean different things for each business, for some its when a new Request is sent in Jobber, others it is when a new Client is created. Others track CSR performance through Quote conversions/approvals etc. How do you define it for your business?
