I am praying that we get a way for us to send our email campaigns out not by tags, but by line item titles.  We own a tree company, so I would love to send emails out to our Oak Tree homeowners.  We are on year 4 and I recently switched to Jobber email campaigns.  I went through our whole client list in MailChimp and tagged each homeowner's account for this.  Now that I am with jobber, I would have to go through 1000s of clients and put tags on each one.  This would be so tedious as I would have to open each estimate to see what type of trees were listed for each project.

Is there a way around this?  Being able to use Jobber email marketing and focusing on one type of tree (client) without going through every single client and making tags?

That's such a good way to target clients as part of your Oak Wilt prevention program!!  Did you end up figuring this out??

We are currently manually adding tags and it is time consuming and tedious, I would love to see something like this also. I would also love to have an option to not include any customers with upcoming jobs scheduled when we send a campaign with a reminder to book their annual maintenance, so clients who don't need the reminder don't get emails cluttering their inbox.

Hey Maisie! Thanks for your feedback. I can absolutely see the value here. While there is not currently a way to send campaigns based on line items, there is a way to bulk add tags! We have a step by step overview in our Help Center. If you have the tree type by custom field, you can export your client list and use it to cross-reference. If you have any questions on this, please reach out to our awesome Success Team—we are always happy to help!
