Zapier is definitely the right call here. To be specific: Jobber's Zapier integration has a "New Invoice Created" trigger that fires instantly whenever a new invoice comes in. The line item filtering piece is the part that trips people up though. Since the trigger fires on any new invoice, you'd add a Filter step right after it in your Zap, set it to only continue if the invoice's line items contain the specific product/service name you're watching for. From there, your action step Gmail, Outlook, whatever sends the email only when that filter passes.

If your line item names are consistent same wording every time, this is pretty reliable to set up, no coding needed, just the Trigger → Filter → Action structure inside Zapier's editor. Recently did this setup too.

If your in the 365 suite, you may want to look into a “power automate” workflow to extract the data, parse what your looking for then you can add an action for a notification. Zapier is also an easy option for this!
