Our book keeper has a lot of trouble with reconciling Jobber transactions via Quickbooks. Does anyone know of a good book keeper who is familar with how Jobber and Quick books intergrate and may be able to take this on? Is anyone elses book keeper having difficulty with this?
I've had this problem with a few bookkeepers - my take away - if they know what they are doing, they can figure it out. Maybe it's how you are putting stuff in to jobber? As long as your keeping your payments squared away, they shouldn't have an issue. I had a bookeeper 3 years ago that was complaining about something like this, then the next one, I didn't hear a peep out of it. Sometimes they just need to be proactive and call jobber support themselves to sort it out. Jobber support has always been very helpful and it'd take them like 20 minutes.
There's a lot of good bookkeepers out there. Mine is fairly expensive but worth it. Hit me up if you want her info.
