When you move a paid invoice, quickbooks only asks if you're sure because it's linked to other transactions. Once saved, the payment comes off. You move that too and apply it to the invoice again under the sub customer. we have worked out how to do these steps automatically once the invoice is paid. It reads the job from jobber, creates the sub customer if needed, moves both, applies the payment again, and lists anything it couldn't move. I can walk you through it on a quick screen share using a test company.
