I'm also struggling with this quote->deposit->Quickbooks reconciliation workflow. We receive hundreds of deposits through Jobber quotes, and it's a mess in Quickbooks. Credit match in QBs didn't work for me, the final invoice in jobber (total-deposit) was than the incorrect amount when synced to QB (total- jobber deposit - credit memo).
If I create an invoice off of the quote once I receive a deposit in Jobber, that seems to reconcile in QB. However, I'm then creating invoices before jobs are done and that's backwards (especially w/ invoice due dates and change orders).
Hoping the Jobber product team can prioritize the integration workflow, it seems like a pretty major flaw...
