Jobber should make it easier and have the payment schedule on the app. As well as payout should be faster and with less of a fee and transaction fee. Why does the fee get charged to the company jobber should allow us to add it to the customers invoice. We are paying for a month membership why not priority your customers.

You can definitely add a fee to any invoice you like. Why not just add a line item on the app before you send an invoice for 3%?
This has been debated endlessly. The feedback that's always given is you should be building those fees into your pricing. They are a fixed cost of your business.
We add 10% to every quote 3% for CC and 7% for a local tax that we have here. I don't add margin on these I would just like them covered so we aren't paying them out of pocket.
