Hello everyone, Does anyone know how long Jobber takes to Process a payment? I collected my first payment through Jobber here on Tuesday and it is now Friday and still stating processing. Just curious how long that will take? Thanks!

I hope I can provide some clarity around Jobber Payments:
In Canada and the US, banks request the 5 business days to authorize your account, allowing us to send payments directly to your bank account. Until that first payment is authorized and deposited in your bank account, any other payments you collect within that period will also experience a 5-business-day payout window.
Once the authorization period has ended, payouts will be made on a 2 business day payout schedule.
Jobber Payments refunds take approximately 5-10 business days to process, and the funds are returned to the same card that was originally charged.

In my experience, if the customer pays thru Jobber Payments using credit, debit or ACH you can realistically expect for the funds to hit your bank a week later (5 business days). I just reviewed all my 2025 activity and besides a handful of payouts early on hitting 3 business days, the rest of them took 5 business days. So, if the customer pays on a Monday, there is a slight chance that you receive the funds that Friday otherwise, you're looking at sometime the following week. Hope this helps.
